This page explains what the Serenguete Method collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is run by [needs: your legal name or business name, and country]. Contact: [needs: contact email].
What we collect
- Spring Test sign-up: your email, your first name if you give it, your consent, and the date.
- Program purchase: your email, what you bought and when, and whether it was refunded. Payment details go to Lemon Squeezy and never reach us.
- Your progress ticks on the 5-day page stay in your own browser.
Why
- To send the Spring Test email and news about the program launch, which you agreed to when you signed up.
- To give buyers access to the program and handle refunds.
We never sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Who helps us run it
- Vercel hosts the site and counts page visits with Vercel Web Analytics: no cookies, no tracking across sites, only totals such as pages viewed, country and device type.
- Supabase stores sign-ups and buyer records.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for purchases and handles payment, tax and receipts.
These services may process data outside your country. Each one is bound by its own privacy and data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Sign-up data until you unsubscribe, then it is removed within 30 days. Buyer records as long as you have access to the program, plus what tax law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link in any email.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to [needs: contact email]. We answer within 30 days.
