Not medical care

The Serenguete Method is a fitness and movement program, not medical care, physiotherapy or therapy. Check with a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition. Stop any movement that causes pain. You train at your own risk.

Buying the program

• Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, which issues your receipt and handles payment and tax.
• Founding buyers pay before the program opens and get access on the opening date shown on the program page.
• Access lasts 12 months from your start date (the opening date, or your purchase date if later). During that time you can stream every unlocked video.
• Once Week 4 has opened and 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can download the 4 full sessions and keep them for personal use.
• Your access is personal. Please don't share your login or the videos.

Refunds

• Core: full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [needs: contact email] with the address you bought with.
• If the program doesn't open on the date shown, you can get a full refund at any time until it does.

Content

Videos, text and images belong to the Serenguete Method. You may use them for your own practice only.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes. What you already bought stays covered by the terms on the day you bought it.
